We also have the best state of the art equipment and highly trained personel for the transporting and installation of your presently owned home whether it is a single wide, double wide or triple wide sectional home. We are proud to have the largest pre owned home refurbish center in the Tri State Area with over 6,000 square feet under roof. This modern facility allows us to inspect and make any necessary repairs to our preowned and repossessed mobile homes without being hampered by the weather. We can handle both single wide, double wide & triple wide manufactured homes in our refurb facility. Most repossesed homes in Mississippi are sold as is...but all of our Vanderbilt repos go through a thorough inspection process at our refurb facility.

        Goolsby Homes is a locally owned family business which allows us to stay in closer touch with our community of customer's needs on a much more personal level than the big corporations. Unlike most manufactured home dealers in North Mississippi we do not contract out transportation and installation services to others since we have such a competent staff and all the necesary equipment and tools necessary to provide these services in house in a very professional and safe manner.
